How Much Is This Going to Cost?

Depending on your situation we offer two different payment option for Family Law cases.

1. Hourly: If you choose to pay hourly our office charges $175.00 an hour. You will be required to place at least $1,000.00 into our firm IOLTA trust account. As we work on you matter, we will bill from this retainer until it is depleted. If your matter has not yet concluded you will be required to replenish that retainer.

2. Flat Fee: In some situations we may be able to offer a flat fee. For matters that include child custody, child support, equitable distribution and divorce you can expect to pay between $5,000 and $10,000 for representation in general.
